Unless otherwise stated all of our items are in stock in our warehouse and we arrange collection with the courier as soon as payment is received. Free delivery covers the UK Mainland only. Additional charges apply for delivery to the following areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland. Items are dispatched within 1-2 working days of cleared payment. Items are dispatched on next day delivery (Monday – Friday). Deliveries take place between 8 am and 6 pm, Monday - Friday, and we are unable to give a specific delivery time. If no one is home when delivery is attempted the courier will leave a calling card for you to rearrange delivery or may leave the item to your neighbours. If delivery is not rearranged and the item is returned to us, you, the customer, are responsible for the re delivery fee. If you would like the tracking number for your item please contact us through the messaging system.
Different Delivery Services: These are determine as per the item you purchase and its weight, and desired services.
a) Standard 1 Man Delivery [3-5 days] : This is for the items less than 50 KG small volume, its free of charge unless it is out of our free delivery zone or excluded zone as explained above.
b) Standard 2 Men Delivery [5-14 days] : This is for the items weight more than 50 KG, Fragile Large volumes. Free of charge unless it is out of our free delivery zone or excluded zone as explained above.
c) Standard Pallets [3-5 days] : This is for heavy fragile items, mostly bigger items, this is the service which reduce risk of damages while on transit. This is one of the best options for heavy items though delivery will be at your nearest and safest ground floor entrance only, on which extra hand will required to keep item inside the door and during assembling.
The courier may contact the customer directly with text and/or e-mail updates so please make sure the phone number and/or e-mail address stored in your account information is up to date.
On goods arrival please do check the number of boxes & if you see any sign of damage on the packaging/item make sure to put on the delivery note.
Before you purchase please make sure your delivery address is complete and up to date. Please note we can only ship items to the delivery address associated with your account.
